We tried this adorable little restaurant today and it was amazing!! As someone who is not vegetarian, but health conscious, the whole menu was appealing. Everyone in my group ordered the Hash Bowl and it had great flavors! I loved how they had a nice crisp on the potatoes and you’d never know the delicious gooey cheese and bacon bits were plant-based. I’ve also tried the majority of plant-based eggs on the market, but the fried egg here was incredible! We also tried the Salty Caramel Latte (with oat milk) and a salted chocolate almond cookie, which were both delicious! Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely recommend checking this restaurant out if you’re in Lake Country!

I’ve had a hard time moving from a big city to Kelowna with the limited vegan options, and especially delicious vegan baked goods. However, I was blown away by the salty caramel kitchen and now can see myself going there every single weekend, despite the 30 minute drive from downtown. I had the sesame bagel roll, the egg sandwich, and the chocolate cake and everything was amazing! Nothing more to add! Everything was delicious and the prices were well within reason!

On a friend’s recommendation, I visited a unique cafe in Lake Country right by the Okanagan shore. Recently, I’ve shifted to a diet excluding dairy and eggs, and this place delivered! Their menu offers creative alternatives: egg-free eggs, dairy-free cheese, and plant-based bacon. The taste, though unconventional, was delightful. The cafe has a warm, cozy atmosphere despite being quite busy. A perfect spot for anyone exploring plant-based options or looking for a unique dining experience.

It's so refreshing to find a fun little spot right across the beach that serves yummy vegan food! We order the Mexi Chick'N Salad Grilled Cheese, and along with a few coffees, I got an iced Matcha Latte. The salad was great; flavorful and the jackfruit provided a meaty texture. My partner got the Grilled Cheese and enjoyed it; personally, I thought the cheese tasted too "Chees Whiz"-like, and just wasn't my preference. Looking forward to more Salted Caramel beach days to come!

I don’t normally love vegan food, but this place was amazing. Everything was delicious. We also had the cinnamon bun!

Wish we still lived in the Okanagan just for this place. They do a vegan egg like no other and everything is so tasty. The location is stunning as well. A must-try for anyone in the area.

OMG! The CARROT cake here is out of this world! Absolutley enjoyed an oat milk latte and also had the chicken gyro - my partner had the chickpea lemon dill which was also incredibly tasty! I'm very happy we decided to pop in for lunch and honestly, this place has earned one of my 1,000 star reviews! The staff were all friendly and kind - patio atmosphere was great right next to the lake. We will for sure be coming back here again when we are back in the area! Highly recommend stopping in if you're nearby.

A complete plant based menu, the food is delicious. The vibe of the place is pleasant and loved the interiors. Their cappuccino (with oat milk) was outstanding. Got the grilled cheese sandwich with avocado and the hash bowl. Both of them had great flavors. The cherry on the cake is the location, situated right at pebble beach. The views outside the cafe is gorgeous. Great place to grab brunch and walk around.
